We are currently seeking talented and ambitious Digital Transformation Consultants to join our team at OCP SOLUTIONS. Our team comprises approximately 70 individuals who are brilliant, passionate, and exceptional, operating in a dynamic start-up environment.

Profil recherché :
Qualifications
- Graduated from a top engineering or business school;
- 7 to 15 years experience years’ experience in Top Management and Digital Transformation consulting firms in Morocco and/or abroad;
- Embracing OCP SOLUTIONS values of Integrity, Humility, Leadership, Good Will Passion and Client-oriented value creation;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams;
- Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment.
Knowledge
- Experience with IT strategy / governance / data governance and project management;
- Creativity, innovation and problem solving abilities;
- A Strong quantitative background is a plus;
- Project Management certification (PM) is a plus.
